CABEI renews credit line to Financiera Fama
CABEI supports initiatives aimed at promoting productive entrepreneurship.
Tegucigalpa, December 22, 2016. - The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and Financiera FAMA Sociedad Anónima signed an agreement to attend the credit needs of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by means of a renewal of its credit line amounting to US$6.4 million.
The renewal agreement, which was signed by CABEI Director for Nicaragua, Dr. Silvio Conrado, and the General Manager of Financiera FAMA, Mr. Victor Manuel Tellería, seeks to improve productivity, promote productive entrepreneurship and improve the quality of life of Central Americans.
In this regard, CABEI Director for Nicaragua, Dr. Silvio E. Conrado Gómez, explained that the operation demonstrates CABEI's commitment to foster the competitive development of MSMEs through a process of greater financial inclusion that streamlines their export capacity.
