The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) is the main source of multilateral financing of financial resources for the development of the countries that make up the Central American Integration System (SICA).
CABEI makes deposits of resources in the international and regional capital markets in order to guarantee the availability of stable and competitive funds to finance projects in favor of the development of the countries of the region.
The Bank implements a diversification strategy of financing sources based on the pillars of instruments, maturities and markets, which has allowed uninterrupted access to capital markets and a highly diversified investor base.
CABEI's activity in the capital markets is supported by three "AA" ratings, assigned by the main international risk agencies, consolidating CABEI as the best credit risk in Latin America.
