Notice of Condolences

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, WHEREAS:

That, on August 2, 2020, Mrs. Lesbia Leclair Lugo (RIP) passed away in the city of Tegucigalpa, MDC, Honduras.

That the distinguished lady in mention was the mother of Interim Executive Vice President, Mrs. Nadia Liz Baldelomar Leclair, and her death mourns and saddens the Board of Directors and the Administration of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration.

That Mrs. Lesbia Leclair Lugo was cherished and respected by all her relatives and was a constant example of dedication. Her departure undoubtedly leaves a huge void in her family, her friends and, in particularly, in CABEI's interim Executive Vice President, Mrs. Baldelomar

AGREES TO:

FIRST: Deeply regret the irreparable loss of Mrs. Lesbia Leclair Lugo (QDDG) and convey the condolences from the Board of Directors and the Administration of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration for this unexpected death.

SECOND: Express to the Interim Executive Vice President, Nadia Liz Baldelomar Leclair, as well as to her family members, the heartfelt condolences of the Institution for the death of her beloved mother, as well as its most sincere affection and solidarity during these difficult times.

THIRD: Authorize the Executive President to convey this notice to Mrs. Baldelomar and her relatives.
