Tegucigalpa, April 25th, 2022 – During the "United for Integration and Development" meeting this Monday, the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) presented to ambassadors and members of the Diplomatic Corps Accredited in Honduras the realization of a cultural exchange event among its partner countries.

In this regard, CABEI Executive President, Dr. Dante Mossi, pointed out, "We are jointly responsible for strengthening regional cultural heritage, and with initiatives such as this one, we promote increased levels of cooperation and the integration of our partner countries in the areas of education and culture."

Considering that the region is rich in culture, CABEI will develop a cultural exchange event with the objective of promoting a space that exhibits and reflects the gastronomy, traditions, customs and beliefs of its member countries.

The cultural activity is aimed at promoting pride in our roots and reaffirming the value of Central American identity; in this sense, it will allow for the exhibition and marketing of local products.

Among the experiences that will be offered to attendees we expect to have tasting of regional cuisine, exhibition of folkloric dances, music, poetry, painting, crafts, among others.
