CABEI receives visit from Permanent Under Secretary at the British Foreign Office

Tegucigalpa, August 28, 2019.- On Monday, the Executive President of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), Dr. Dante Mossi, received a visit from the Permanent
Under Secretary and Head of Diplomatic Services for the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Sir Simon McDonald, who is currently conducting a tour through the Central American region.

The meeting was held at Dr. Mossi's office and involved an exchange of ideas on various topics of interest to promote new opportunities for cooperation and investment in the CABEI member countries.

President Mossi highlighted the Bank's business agenda, which is  aimed at attracting foreign investment in order to strengthen regional integration and the competitive insertion of the CABEI member countries into the global economy.

In addition, he commented that, "Based on its strategy, CABEI seeks to streamline the region's positioning by means of financing that promotes innovation, technology transfer, best practices and the Bank's disposition as a platform."
