CABEI encourages trade between French companies and the Central American region

Paris, March 23rd, 2023.- With the objective of promoting trade between France and Central America, as well as opening opportunities for new projects, initiatives, and investment possibilities in the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) member countries, during a mission to Paris, the multilateral headed by its Executive President, Dr. Dante Mossi, held a meeting with members of the French Business Confederation (MEDEF).

"As the bridge of opportunities between the region and the world, CABEI has the task of making international companies aware of the potential of our region so that they become interested in investing in it and thus expand their international coverage, generating opportunities and improving the quality of life of Central Americans," highlighted Dr. Mossi.

During the meeting with the French Business Confederation (MEDEF), which is a global network at the service of French companies wishing to develop in emerging and developing markets, the various tools for interacting with CABEI were also discussed and its procurement page was presented as a channel for promoting efficient commercial exchange.

During the business mission in Paris, they also discussed ways of collaboration in various sectors in which France is at the forefront, such as the railway industry, energy, digital transformation, projects to combat climate change, electric and urban mobility, among others.
