International Bidding Notice: Consulting Firm for the Election Contest of CABEI's Executive Vice President

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) invites you to participate in the public tender entitled “Contracting of the consulting firm that will conduct the contest for the election of the Executive Vice President of CABEI.”

 

Purpose of the contracting:

CABEI needs to contract a specialized firm to assist in the search and identification of potential candidates for the position of Executive Vice President of CABEI.

Deadline for offers: 

Technical and economic offers will be accepted until June 06, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (Honduras Time).

 

Important information

1. The offers submitted by the firms must comply with the terms of reference set out.

 

2. Information regarding the process for electing the Executive Vice President should be taken into consideration and can be found in the following section: Contest for the election of the Executive Vice President of CABEI.

 

3. The deadline for receipt of bids is June 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (time zone of the Republic of Honduras).

 

4. Technical and economic offers must be sent in separate files (identified as “Technical Offer” and “Economic Offer”) to the email address: firmasvicepresidente2025@externo.bcie.org. Please note that emails must not exceed 25 MB. If necessary, please divide the documentation into two or more emails. Offers sent by other means will not be accepted.

 

5. Please note that, in order to commence work, the selected firm need only subscribe to the Acceptance of Offer document, without waiting for the contract to be formalized.

7. The firm's headquarters, or the respective representative office participating in the process, must have its headquarters or base of operations in countries other than CABEI member countries. However, if selected to carry out the contest procedure, it may have support from its representative offices in member countries.

The position is located at CABEI Headquarters, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where the Official must reside during his or her appointment, period (5 years).
