CABEI invites you to be part of its public consultation with the purpose of receiving suggestions for its open data and effective communication of information strategy, commitments that are part of its new Access to Information Policy (AIP), which will come into force in June 2025. This policy includes, among other advances, the commitment to:
- Disseminate open data.
- Promote actions to ensure effective communication of information.
The objectives of this consultation are:
To identify the needs and expectations of the stakeholders.
Gather input and recommendations to improve the open data strategy and effective communication of information.
Promote the active participation of key stakeholders in the co-creation of institutional practices in this area.
The Bank invites all external stakeholders to participate in the process and to share inputs and observations to strengthen these two new initiatives.
Here are some key questions to guide your input:
- What categories of data do you think the Bank should prioritize in its outreach strategy in the short, medium, and long term?
- What are the necessary elements that CABEI should take into account to ensure and promote a participatory platform?
- What are the basic visualization and accessibility elements that you consider necessary to ensure the best user experience in accessing this data?
- What communication tools or approaches do you think are most effective to ensure that documents reach different audiences in a clear and useful way?
- What are the fundamental elements for developing internal protocols or guidelines to help personnel write documents that are accessible and understandable to the public, without losing technical accuracy?
