Loan for the amount of forty-six million seven hundred thousand U.S. dollars (US$46,700,000.00) to Marina de Guacalito, S.A. domiciled in Managua, Nicaragua and to Sightfull Awakening Inc., domiciled in Panama City, Panama as a joint and several debtor. The funds will be used to finance urban infrastructure and the first phase of the Guacalito de la Isla Tourism Center, pursuant to the project's global investment plan approved by the Bank.
